OUR SWEETS
A heavenly symbiosis is achieved between light and airy meringue and crushed Greek walnuts. It is then nestled inside a soft, buttery dough that is powdered with confectioner’s sugar, crumbling away as soon as you bite in, exposing the sweetness that desperately wants to be paired with your morning cup of coffee or tea.
1 Delight - $3,00
TEA COOKIES
For shortbread cookie lovers, we have just the thing for you. The airy dough allows for them to crumble when consumed, melting instantly in your mouth as a result of the extra butter that we add. For added depth and sweetness, confectioner’s sugar is added on top.
1 box - $6,00
KARAKUM
Inspired by the Karakum desert in Turkmenistan, this sweet treat is all you need to feel a guilty pleasure. With a shortbread dough foundation and strawberry jam slathered on top, all that is needed is a sprinkle of raspberries to cut through the sweetness. To enclose this, the same dough is shredded on top to resemble the dunes of the eponymous desert.
1 box - $5,00
DATES
From the beginning of time, humankind has feasted on what nature provided for us. Over time, however, we have forgotten that for manufactured food that comes from a factory. We are bringing it back with sweet pairings of organic dates, organic apricot, wildflower honey, prunes, walnuts, almonds, cashews and sesame seeds.

WHY CAPRICE SWEETS?
OUR CLIENTS
Let me introduce myself. My name is Natalie. I was born in Russia in a very big family (I’m 15th child (the baby)) and when I was 17 years old I moved to Ukraine. I got married there and had my first son.
13 years ago, we moved to America; I was pregnant with my second son. Right now I have three boys whom I homeschool and I want them to experience the magic I had in my childhood.
As far as I can remember, my sisters would spend time in the kitchen baking amazing sweets, and the happy memories that came from this for me. Our house was filled with flavorful smells, contagious laughter, and deep (or sometimes silly) conversations while they baked.
From this moment, I found something magical in baking sweets in the kitchen. I want to keep this tradition with my kids that they will have these magical memories. Later on, I decided to start my business to share all this goodness with other people. I want them to be a part of our story. I want to bring a part of our magic to their as well as your home so that you can taste and experience what makes freshly homemade cookies baked right from my heart.
